  2. How long does it take for orders to ship?

    • We apologize for the delay in shipping due to the current shipment shortage on the United States coast. We are working diligently to ship your products as soon as possible. Each order is being processed and shipped on a weekly basis, but please understand that we are facing supply shortages and producing items as they become available for shipment.
    • We appreciate your patience during this time, and we will provide updates as necessary. The estimated time for arrival is 14-60 days, depending on the timing of our vendors. Please note that this is subject to change based on circumstances beyond our control.

  3. Can I return or replace items from my order?

    • We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective item, we will accept returns and offer a refund in the form of a Sad Society gift card or an exchange within 30 days of purchase, as long as the order was placed within the USA.
    • All returns must meet the following conditions: the item must be unwashed, unworn, unused, and in its original condition with the receipt and tags attached.
    • Please note that we are currently unable to accommodate exchanges.
  4. Can I cancel my order?

    • Unfortunately, once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this limitation.
  5. International Shipping:

    • International shipping charges and available services will vary based on the weight of the package and the destination country.
    • Please be aware that the shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase only cover the shipping courier costs. The customer is responsible for any applicable duties and taxes that may be imposed by the destination country at the time of delivery.
